RightScale/Flexera projectsProjects completed in an agile framework for enterprise B2B SaaS products.
A Optima feature that allows customers to easily connect their cloud bills, replacing a painful, manual process. Sped onboarding and shorted the POC sales phase by more than a month, leading to shorter time to value and increased sales.
Built a completely new governance product in under 6 months. This feature was explicitly credited with RightScale's top marks in the Gartner and Forester magic quadrant reports, which led to RightScale's acquisition.
A massive cross-company project that reinvented RightScale's cloud spend management platform through tailored cost recommendations, leading to a double-digit percentage increase in leads.
A web app I wrote myself which combined Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce APIs to easily update all 3 products with interview data. Greatly enhanced tracking and sharing of customer interviews across the company.
I transitioned from a centralized UX team to a cross-functional, Lean UX process at RightScale in collaboration with engineering and product management, increasing both engineering and UX velocity significantly.
Enlighten projectsProjects completed while working for a full-service, digital agency in a waterfall environment.
A new interactive tool that allowed customers to visualize blinds on uploaded photos of their rooms.
Academic projectsProjects completed as a graduate student at the University of Michigan.
A project to improve conditions for the homeless as part of the Computer-Human Interaction conference's 2008 student design contest.
